Norton has gone 8-1-1 against Bellingham recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Lancers are taking a road trip to square off against the Blackhawks at 7:00 p.m. Norton's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 11 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Norton managed to keep up with Medway until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lancers lost 3-0 to the Mustangs. Norton fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Medway since Thursday.

Meanwhile, Bellingham came up short against Dover-Sherborn on Friday and fell 5-3. While losing is never fun, Bellingham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 249th, while Dover-Sherborn are ranked 26th).

Bellingham's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11-2. As for Norton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12-3.

Norton was able to grind out a solid win over Bellingham when the teams last played back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
