Basketball Recap: Fort Lee Takes a Loss

Fort Lee suffered their biggest defeat since February 14, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Ridgefield Park Scarlets, falling 50-27. While losing is never fun, the Bridgemen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 352nd, while the Scarlets are ranked 121st).

Fort Lee's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Ridgefield Park, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Fort Lee will venture away from home to face off against Cliffside Park at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ridgefield Park, they will head out on the road to take on Bergenfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
