Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wabeno/Laona). They were the clear victor by a 65-45 margin over the Florence Bobcats on Thursday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Rebels as it put an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Wabeno/Laona's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Florence, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wabeno/Laona will be home for the holidays to greet Gibraltar at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Florence, they will host Oneida Nation at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
