Trinity Academy extended their winning streak (dating back to last season) to seven on Monday, bumping their season record up to 6-0 in the process. They were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over the Kingman/Norwich Eagles. Fans of the Knights have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

As for Kingman/Norwich, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-2. They were red-hot at the plate heading into the contest (they scored no less than ten runs in the five matches prior), but Trinity Academy's pitcher proved too tough.

For Kingman/Norwich's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elizabeth Wallace, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Trinity Academy will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair will be back at it again later today.
