Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Alijah Collins and Ja'kye Rawls Lead Enterprise to Victory

Enterprise extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Christopher. They snuck past the Christopher Cougars with a 46-40 win. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Hornets' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 325th, while the Cougars are ranked 66th).

Enterprise was led to victory by Ja'Kye Rawls and Alijah Collins. Rawls posted 17 points and three steals, while Collins shot 64% from the field on his way to 17 points. Collins is on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 61% in the last three games he's played. Deshawn Townsend also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Enterprise pushed their record up to 16-13 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Christopher, their defeat ended a 20-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 25-3.

Enterprise didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-38 loss against Palo Alto on the 6th. Christopher does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
