Baseball Recap: Randle Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Randle's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Almeta Crawford Chargers on Saturday. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

Randle's loss dropped their record down to 10-5-2. As for Almeta Crawford, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-3-3 record this season.

Randle will head out on the road to face off against Victoria East at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Almeta Crawford, they will be playing at home against Bellville at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
