Basketball Recap: Farmersville Comes Up Short

Farmersville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 57-28 loss at the hands of the Granite Hills Grizzlies. The Aztecs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-9.

Farmersville's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-8. As for Granite Hills, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-6.

Farmersville will host Lindsay at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Granite Hills, they will head out to square off against Golden Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
