Baseball Recap: Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers vs. Valley Oaks CES Vanguards
Sun Valley Magnet won the last time they faced Valley Oaks CES and things went their way on Thursday too. The Pioneers walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Vanguards. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pioneers.
Diego Loredo spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on seven hits and racked up 13 Ks. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Sun Valley Magnet is 9-2 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 1-5 otherwise.
