Football Game Preview: Rio vs. Cambria-Friesland

There's no need to mince words: Rio lost to Johnson Creek last week, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 8-45.

Cambria-Friesland had a rough outing against Johnson Creek two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Cambria-Friesland steamrollered Deerfield 54-0. Cambria-Friesland were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Cambria-Friesland's win lifted them to 2-3 while Rio's loss dropped them down to 1-4. We'll see if Cambria-Friesland's success rolls on or if Rio are able to steal their positive momentum.
