Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Ashley). They breezed by the Stall Warriors to the tune of 78-25 on Friday. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

West Ashley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Emma Elliott led the charge by going 6 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 24 points. Those 24 points gave Elliott a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Destiny Ladson, who went 9 of 21 on her way to 20 points.

West Ashley has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.8 points per game. As for Stall, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-9.

West Ashley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 84-43 defeat against Ashley Ridge on the 27th. As for Stall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 68-28 loss against James Island on the 27th.
