After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Calumet Christian, Families of Faith Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Grace Christian Academy Crusaders as the Families of Faith Christian Academy Screaming Eagles made off with a 44-18 win. For the Screaming Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 53-17 victory the Crusaders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2020.

Families of Faith Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lilly Saltzman, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Alexis Huizinga, who had 15 points.

Despite the loss, Grace Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Y'Onna Shaw earned four points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Shaw a new career-high in points.

Families of Faith Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Grace Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 4-21 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
