Basketball Recap: William Penn Comes Up Short

If William Penn was riding high fresh off their 53-27 takedown of First State Military Academy last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The William Penn Colonials fell to the Mount Pleasant Green Knights 46-41. The Colonials were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Green Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

William Penn's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Mount Pleasant, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-13.

As of now, neither William Penn nor Mount Pleasant have any future games scheduled.
