Basketball Recap: Wausaukee Comes Up Short

Wausaukee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Coleman Cougars 63-21. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-12 back in December of 2024.

Wausaukee's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Coleman, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-8 record.

Wausaukee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 29-26 defeat against Stockbridge on the 24th. As for Coleman, they will challenge Niagara at 7:15 p.m. on January 30th.
