Atlantic County Institute of Tech extends road losing streak to four

Atlantic County Institute of Tech's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fourth straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 73-49 walloping at the hands of Atlantic City. While losing is never fun, Atlantic County Institute of Tech can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 335th, while Atlantic City is ranked 60th).

Khajuan Roseborough was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with nine rebounds and two steals for Atlantic City. Roseborough has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played. Another player making a difference was Frank Gilliam, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds.

Atlantic County Institute of Tech's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-11. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Atlantic City, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, Atlantic County Institute of Tech and Atlantic City will both be playing Bridgeton the next time they take the court. Atlantic County Institute of Tech will host Bridgeton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Atlantic City will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
