Basketball Recap: Browerville Comes Up Short

Browerville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Nevis an easy 86-66 win. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Browerville of the 80-54 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March.

Browerville now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Nevis, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Browerville and Nevis will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Tigers see the court they'll take on Swanville at 1:15 p.m. on January 6, 2026. As for Nevis, their break will end when they face Underwood at 3:30 p.m. on January 10, 2026.
