Basketball Recap: Liberty Christian Eagles vs. St. Francis Christian Patriots
Liberty Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a blow against the St. Francis Christian Patriots on Friday, falling 60-29. The Eagles have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
St. Francis Christian found their leader in freshman Andrew Hoffman, who went 6 for 11 en route to 14 points plus seven steals. Another player making a difference was Deacon Brahs, who posted 11 points in addition to two steals.
