Basketball Recap: Glenbrook North Takes a Loss

Glenbrook North and Loyola Academy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Glenbrook North had to settle for second. They fell to the Loyola Academy Ramblers 46-40. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 53rd, while the Ramblers are ranked seventh).

Glenbrook North's defeat dropped their record down to 24-7. As for Loyola Academy, the win (which was their 26th in a row) raised their record to 32-2.

As of now, neither Glenbrook North nor Loyola Academy have any future games scheduled.
