Football Recap: Canton Comes Up Short

Canton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Washington Panthers and fell 48-12. If the Little Giants were looking for revenge after losing 49-6 to the Panthers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Canton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Washington, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
