Volleyball Recap: Dawson School's Undefeated Season over After Three Games + How To Watch

Dawson School came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Stargate School Eagles, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-10, 25-9.

Morgan Stitzer had an outrageously good game for Stargate School as she had 16 digs and two aces. The dominant performance also gave Stitzer a new career-high in assists (five).

Having lost for the first time this season, Dawson School fell to 2-1. As for Stargate School, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dawson School will head out to square off against Golden View Classical Academy at 6:30 p.m. on the 5th. As for Stargate School, they will venture away from home to take on DSST: Conservatory Green at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
