Softball Recap: Hatton Hornets vs. Ardmore Tigers

Hatton suffered their closest defeat since March 26th on Friday. They fell just short of the Ardmore Tigers by a score of 4-2. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Brianna Oliver was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off eight hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
