Volleyball Recap: Clayton Takes a Loss

Clayton lost against Raton back in October and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Yellowjackets came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-14, 25-18.

Raton found their leader in sophomore Leticia Marquez, who had ten digs.

Clayton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Raton, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Clayton nor Raton have any future games scheduled.
