Basketball Game Preview: Flandreau Fliers vs. McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars

The Flandreau Fliers will take on the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Flandreau will be strutting in after a victory while McCook Central/Montrose will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Tuesday, everything went Flandreau's way against Deuel as Flandreau made off with a 63-39 win. The Fliers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, McCook Central/Montrose came up short against Colman-Egan on Tuesday and fell 66-53.

Flandreau has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for McCook Central/Montrose, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
