The Westampton Tech Panthers will face off against the Medford Tech Jaguars at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Westampton Tech is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.
Westampton Tech took a loss when they played away from home last Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Willingboro a 7-0 shutout. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Chinmeras: they've now won five in a row.

Jeret Torres made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2025. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game.
Torres wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Jael Espinal Sanchez, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Espinal Sanchez is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
While Medford Tech didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over Atlantic Christian on Thursday.
Jacob Inman was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Mason Simon, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.
Westampton Tech now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Medford Tech, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Westampton Tech has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.1 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Medford Tech struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 6.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Westampton Tech was able to grind out a solid victory over Medford Tech in their previous matchup back in March, winning 3-0. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Jaguars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
