Soccer Game Preview: Apollo vs. Camelback + Official Tickets

The Apollo Hawks will head out to face off against the Camelback Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Apollo lost 4-1 to Shadow Ridge on Monday.

Meanwhile, Camelback was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Cesar Chavez, falling 4-0. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Camelback it sure didn't stay that way.

Camelback's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for Apollo, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1-1 and their overall record down to 7-6-3.

Apollo got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in February of 2025 against Camelback by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hawks since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
