Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Elizabeth walked away with it. They managed an 18-12 win over the Monarch Coyotes on Saturday.

Elizabeth got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lacy Antinora out in front who threw for 121 yards and a pair of TDs. Olivia Nelson was in the mix as well, providing the Cardinals with two scores.

Elizabeth's win bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Monarch, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

Elizabeth wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 34-0 defeat against The Classical Academy on the 18th. Monarch does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
