Softball Recap: DeSoto County Bulldogs vs. Gateway Eagles

The DeSoto County Bulldogs got the win against the Gateway Eagles on Friday by a conclusive 17-2. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Mya Goodnoe made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Goodnoe was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
