Basketball Recap: Abilene Christian Comes Up Short

Abilene Christian managed to slip by Midland Classical Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers lost 61-41 to the Knights on Tuesday. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Abilene Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Midland Classical Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Abilene Christian will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Frenship Memorial at 1:30 p.m. on the 29th. As for Midland Classical Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against United South at 6:00 p.m.
