Softball Recap: Bethel Takes a Loss

Bethel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 14-5 to the New Fairfield Rebels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 8-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Bethel's record now sits at 0-3. As for New Fairfield, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Bethel will take on Pomperaug at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for New Fairfield, they will square off against Immaculate at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
