Basketball Recap: Monticello Comes Up Short

Monticello lost against Camden Fairview back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Monticello Billies lost 62-37 to the Camden Fairview Cardinals. The Billies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Monticello's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Camden Fairview, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monticello will venture away from home to challenge McGehee at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Camden Fairview, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Camden Fairview Cardinals face off against the El Dorado Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
