Soccer Recap: West Rowan Falls to Davie County in First Game of Season + How To Watch

West Rowan had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 5-0 to the Davie County War Eagles. If West Rowan were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Davie County when the teams met back in September of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Davie County's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Rowan will venture away from home to square off against Statesville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Davie County, they will head out to face off against East Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Davie County will be up against East Davidson's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.2 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
