Dixon extended their winning streak to six games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Lily Borden. The Bulldogs walked away with a 53-41 win over the Heide Trask Titans on Tuesday thanks in part to Borden, who went 10-for-25 on her way to 28 points along with six rebounds and three steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Dixon's points.

Another player making a difference was Leah Parker, who posted six points in addition to six boards and five blocks. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 48.1% shooting accuracy.

Dixon's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Heide Trask, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Dixon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 50-33 defeat against South Brunswick on the 3rd. As for Heide Trask, they will welcome East Bladen at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
