Soccer Game Preview: Pennfield vs. Kellogg

Pennfield are taking a road trip to square off against Kellogg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pennfield has given up an average of 2.8 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pennfield came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Norrix, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, Kellogg took care of business in their home opener two weeks ago. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Fennville.

Pennfield's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Kellogg, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.

Everything went Pennfield's way against Kellogg in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Pennfield made off with a 4-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pennfield since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
