Linn-Mar came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Iowa City West Trojans. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 4-3 victory back in June.

Linn-Mar's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-20.
