Basketball Recap: Center-Stanton Wins Going Away Against Mandaree

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Washburn, Center-Stanton was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 41-26 victory over the Mandaree Warriors. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Warriors back in January, they had to take a 51-35 loss.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-18. As for Mandaree, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.

Looking ahead, Center-Stanton will head out on the road to take on New Salem at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. New Salem will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Center-Stanton surely won't give up without a fight. Mandaree does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
