Softball Recap: Page Beats Centennial for Their Fourth Straight Win

Page had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 13-run drubbing they dealt Centennial on Thursday. The Page Patriots never let the Centennial Cougars get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory. That looming 13-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Patriots yet this season.

The team relied heavily on Isabel Melton, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in hits. Another player making a difference was Olivia Braden, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Page always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .529. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
