Volleyball Game Preview: Goffstown Grizzlies vs. Portsmouth Clippers

The Goffstown Grizzlies will venture away from home to face off against the Portsmouth Clippers at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Wednesday, Goffstown came up short against Bedford and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Portsmouth unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of Windham by a score of 3-2.

Goffstown's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Portsmouth, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Goffstown beat Portsmouth 3-1 in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Grizzlies since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
