Central waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Adairsville Tigers by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2022.

Central found their leader in sophomore Julianna Johnston, who had seven digs and one assist.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Adairsville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Allatoona on the 7th. As for Adairsville, they will face off against Coosa at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
