Basketball Recap: Grace Academy Takes a Loss

Grace Academy played a tough contest on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt an 81-25 defeat at the hands of the Heritage Academy Eagles. The game marked the Knights' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Grace Academy's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Heritage Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grace Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against GVCS Broadfording at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in GVCS Broadfording's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matches. As for Heritage Academy, they and Faith Christian Academy will face off at 8:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
