Stockdale had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 11-14-1 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. They came out on top against the Luling Eagles by a score of 4-1. This was a revenge game for the Brahmas: when they faced off against the Eagles on April 4th, they had to take a 7-5 loss.

As for Luling, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 13 of their last 15 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season. Their defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

For Luling's part, Kade Samuelson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits. Samuelson has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

As of now, neither Stockdale nor Luling have any future games scheduled.
