Basketball Recap: Dora Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Dora can now relate to. They took a 68-53 bruising from the Good Hope Raiders on Wednesday. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Bella Reese and Ja'Laya Harris certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Reese posted 27 points and six boards, while Harris had 19 points and five rebounds. Harris is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 16 games she's played. Addison Hogland was another key player, putting up seven rebounds.

Dora's loss dropped their record down to 24-10. As for Good Hope, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 26-5.

As of now, neither Dora nor Good Hope have any future games scheduled.
