Baseball Recap: River Valley Comes Up Short

River Valley managed to slip by Brandywine the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Mustangs came up short against the Bobcats on Wednesday, falling 12-0. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bobcats earlier this season, when they won 6-5.

River Valley now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Brandywine, their record now sits at 4-1.

Coming up, River Valley will face off against New Buffalo at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bison have averaged an impressive 13.6 runs per game this season. As for Brandywine, they will square off against Bridgman at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
