Meanwhile, Oxnard kept a clean sheet against Rio Mesa on Thursday. They blew past the Spartans 3-0. Considering the Yellowjackets have won five matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Oxnard pushed their record up to 7-4-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four games. As for Dos Pueblos, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1-2.
