Sundance had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Tongue River Eagles on Friday. That's the fourth time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-2 win on October 3rd.

Jaylin Mills paced Sundance's offense, picking up 16 kills. Mills got some help from Annika Haugen and her 30 assists. Finally, Valerie Humbracht kept Sundance's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Sundance has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 19 of their last 21 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-9 record this season. As for Tongue River, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six matches and leaves them with a 23-8 record.
