Baseball Recap: Plano Comes Up Short

Plano was the 8-4 winner over McKinney Boyd when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats lost 7-1 to the Broncos on Saturday.

Plano's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for McKinney Boyd, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

While Plano had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
