Basketball Recap: South Hamilton's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

South Hamilton had to endure a four-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Saydel Eagles on Tuesday, sneaking past 42-40. The Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

South Hamilton's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Saydel, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

South Hamilton will take on St. Edmond at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Hamilton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Saydel, they will face off against Nevada at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
