Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Catholic Central). They blew past West Michigan Aviation Academy, posting a 67-11 victory. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 47th, while West Michigan Aviation Academy are ranked 628th), the result on Wednesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Catholic Central's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for West Michigan Aviation Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season.

Catholic Central will take on Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Michigan Aviation Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
