Walnut's last matchup with Hatley could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. Walnut came up short against Hatley, falling 7-1. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Walnut saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Hicks, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
