Recap: Muhlenberg Muhls vs. Easton Area Rovers
The Muhlenberg Muhls won the last time they faced the Easton Area Rovers, and things went their way on Saturday too. Muhlenberg put the hurt on Easton Area with a sharp 75-51 victory. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Muhlenberg has managed all season.
Despite the loss, Easton Area still got an impressive performance from Ryan Cornish, who scored 17 points. The game was Cornish's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremy Henry, who scored eight points.
Muhlenberg now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Easton Area, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Muhlenberg will square off against Lampeter-Strasburg at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Easton Area and Allentown Central Catholic will face off at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
