Thornapple Kellogg came tearing into Wednesday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Union Red Hawks as they made off with a 6-1 win. Considering Thornapple Kellogg have won eight matchups by more than three goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Thornapple Kellogg's victory bumped their record up to 11-2-2. As for Union, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thornapple Kellogg will head out to challenge South Christian at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. South Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Thornapple Kellogg surely won't give up without a fight.
