Soccer Recap: Waukesha South Takes a Loss

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Waukesha South was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Kettle Moraine Lasers. While losing is never fun, Waukesha South can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 167th, while Kettle Moraine are ranked 31st).

Waukesha South has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's still a better percentage than their 1-12-1 record this season. As for Kettle Moraine, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

Waukesha South are facing West Allis Central at the right time seeing as West Allis Central are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Kettle Moraine, they will host Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
